The house is attached to the proprietor's home and situated in a parc of 11 acres on the Rhone River Island l'îsle de la Barthelasse. The city centre of Avignon is at a distance of 7 km.
Charming Provençal atmosphere, rural peace and quiet, at proximity to the city's attractions.
The parc is very sunny in the open spaces. Shade can be found though under the beautiful old plane trees.

A bedroom with a washbasin and large cupboards, 2 to 4 single beds, table and armchairs.
